The New Year

So, this year my resolutions are to keep a clean house (as best I know how), to spend more time with Michial and then to engage my spirituality and relationship with Christ. So far I have been doing really well!

Cleaning my house, is never fun. It seems like every time I turn around there is something else that even though was cleaned a few weeks ago, looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in 4 years! I started on monday and only have two things left to do. Hallelujah! It is so nice to go to bed knowing that if there was an emergency in the middle of the night, I wouldn't break my leg in that emergency on the way to get help b/c there was too much clutter on my floor! So my goal is just to have one cleaning chore per day and I think that will work out.

I joined women's Bible study at church for Tues mornings, and I am hoping to get into the study titled Completely His. A friend of mine is joining me so I am excited. Mike and I also decided to join a growth group at our church on Thursday nights, which will really give us a set night to focus on us and our walk with God.

And as for Michial, we have family night on Friday's, and we talk alot more about what went on at school each day. He started basketball this week and he is excited to start a sport he has never played before.
